Can you look at my social media and let me know how to improve?

Yes! We can either offer an audit, where we put together a report with some suggestions on how you can improve and what you’re doing well, or we can do a consultancy basis per hour, where we take a look at your social media and then set up a meeting with you.

You can also keep an eye on our social media platforms, and our blog – we frequently share tips and ideas.

I don’t have time to run my own social media, can you help?

Yes, we manage social media platforms for a range of clients and can also do this bilingually.

We manage platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok, ensuring that we post diverse content, engage with your audience and grow your network.

Kerry is our expert social media manager, she has a diploma in Digital Marketing, CPD certificate in Content Planning, is Meta Blueprint qualified (Digital Marketing Associate & Community Management).

Where do I start with social media?

Always start with setting out the why – what are you goals? Why are you on social media? Who will you be helping and how?

We’re always happy to help – whether through our services listed here on the website, or via a 1-2-1 session with Kerry, Catrin or Lowri.

Should I be in every platform?

No! There’s a tendency to feel like we have to be on every platform, mainly if our competition are, but we definitely don’t promote this as a rule to follow.

In our opinion, it is better to do one platform very well, than to stretch yourself too thin. We’re all business owners, and busy people – marketing has to be sustainable.

This is why questions like what are your goals, who is your audience and why are you on social media are so important.

Do you offer any webinars?
