With any website we create and launch, we’ll add Google Analytics. This means, moving forward, our clients can use this data to analyse the success of the website, and make tweaks where needed.
The data that Google Analytics collects is invaluable, and although we’d recommend you look at it often – it’s very easy to get bogged down.
Our recommendation would be to decide what are the most important analytics to you, and concentrate primarily on those, each month. This could be analytics such as the bounce rate (how many people leave the website straight away), your most popular pages, or where your visitors have come from.
When it comes to looking at whether or not your website is working for you, it’s the analytics that will provide the biggest clues.
Don't know where to start?
We can provide you with a training session on how to get around Google Analytics, showing you where the information you want to know is, as well as how to set up automated reports and more. We truly believe that Google Analytics is an invaluable tool, and want to help all of our clients get the most from it.
